Nobody likes to engage in a project, then the final cost be above the original quote. Jon does not believe in conducting business like that. What you are officially quoted by Jon is what you will pay. If there are any “add-ons” during the project, you will be told upfront what it will cost... and you make the decision.
A 50% deposit is due upfront (payable via credit card or check). The final 50% is payable after all work is 100% approved.
The first step is to schedule your allocated design time on the calendar. After your time is booked, you are asked to fill out and return a “Web Guide” to Jon Watkins Design before your scheduled 1-on-1 teleconference with Jon.
You will be satisfied. That’s Jon’s guarantee - Jon Watkins Design doesn’t just say they work to 100% satisfaction, they do! The reason this is achieved is because you are involved in every step of design & development.
